Welcome to ProDiets.com. There comes a point in almost everyone's life when they decide that they want to make a change in their physical appearance. At ProDiets.com the goal is to educate each client in an effort to help them achieve the most out of their genetic potential. Training with ProDiets.com produces results!


I'm not going to lie to you. Don't kid yourself! These training programs are tough. I can promise you that there will be times when you have to dig down deep within yourself to get that last set or eat that last meal. Each program requires a tremendous amount of motivation and dedication on the part of the client. Since I cannot be with you in the gym, you must be able to be self-motivated - willing to push yourself to the limits required of the program. Most people lack the drive and determination that is necessary to achieve their physique goals. However, if you are willing to follow your customized program, I can guarantee it will produce the kind of results that most people only dream about! If you are truly serious about achieving your physique goals, why wait any longer?


Because each client is different, each training program is different. If you are trying to lose weight, we will focus more on your diet than on training. If your goal is to get ready for a natural bodybuilding show, we would examine every aspect of your training, diet and supplementation, and look for areas to improve in preparation for your big day. And finally, if your goal is to get as large as humanly possible, we will examine all factors involved in getting you there.

The process starts with a phone call or e-mail. At that point,
ProDiets.com will send you a detailed questionnaire that will provide the necessary information to begin formulating your program. Once the completed questionnaire is received, you will be contacted to ask additional questions and answer any questions which you might
have.

Each client receives a detailed diet designed specifically around his or her goals. Each diet is designed using advanced nutritional software, and includes a total caloric count and nutritional breakdown. You will also receive a detailed workout program designed solely for your goals and abilities. All programs require weekly updates on your progress.


You! It doesn't matter if your goal is to add 30 pounds of muscle or shed 30 pounds of fat. It doesn't matter if you are 20 or 65 years old. Every aspect of training, nutrition and supplementation is laid out for you. All you have to do is follow the program!
